Ringkasan KTICancer is the second causes of the death in the world after cardiovascular disease and it was reachead 9.6 million people die because of cancer.  The data predicts  in 2030, cancer can increase to 26 million and 17 million people die. The biggest prevalention of cancer happen to the women is breast cancer. The cases of breast cancer in Indonesia increase every year from 18.6% in 2010 to 21.4% in 2014. It is estimated that the total number of women who suffering cancer have  reached 48.990 out of 60.000 in 2014, even the cases people die becuase cancer reached 627.000 people in 2018. Breast cancer is a cancer caused by abnormal cell growth in breast tissue. Most breast cancers begin in the cells that line the duct (ductal cancer), some begin in lobules (lobular cancer), and a small percentage begin in other tissues. The procedures implementation has been used to the breast cancer patients through surgical, chemotherapy, and radio therapy. Surgical  is the first therapy process which is used  in breast cancer management. Chemotherapy is the process of administering anti-cancer drugs in the form of liquid, pills or capsules or through an infusion that aims to kill cancer cells and is usually used after surgery or before sugery when the cancer has reached the end stage. The main cases of breast cancer is recurrence rate of the disease after surgical. In fact about 90% of patients who recover after surgery are still at risk of recurrence. The effect of chemotherapy are not selective and very toxic because it can kill the cancer cells and the normal cells.  ACENT (ANTICANCER NANO TRANSDERMAL) made from Melinjo seeds is potential to kill cancer cells without damaging other cells even it can increase the effectiveness of using it, when it combined with current therapies in Indonesia. Melinjo seeds has secondary metabolites which rarely has from other plants is stilbenoids. Gnetin C and transresveratrol are known have activities to inhibit proliferation in various cancer cells and are able to induce apoptosis. The mechanism of apoptosis is regulate the occurrence of cancer cell protein damage. Gnetin C and transresveratrol have the highest effectiveness to the cancer cells, based on the data 13.13 ± 0.61 microgram / mL Gnetin C   31.34 ± 6 microgam / mL transresveratrol efektif to kill cancer cells. Based on the analyses data using molecular docking, it shows gnetin has 8 bonds to amino acids MCF-7  which are similar to natural ligands, where the bonds that interact are hydrogen bonds, hidrophobic bonds and pi bonds namely VAL 54B, VAL54B, TYR 55B, TYR 216B, TRP 227B, LEU 306B, LEU 306B, LEU 306B.  The presence of these bonds means that gnetin C and transresveratrol are active binding sites and are in accordance with amino acid residues in the MCF-7. Therefore, just two stilbenoid compounds are used as active components in ACENT preparations, because they will increase the compounding of melinjo seeds as chemoprevention agents in the management of breast cancer. Gnetin C has good bioavailability but, according to many studies it shows transresveratrol has poor bioavailability and fast metabolism. Those can cause the barriers to its use in preclinical human beings. The type of transdermal nano patch chosen for ACENT is minimally invasive patches which are commonly used as nanopatches because they can increase stability, permeability and bioavaibility, minimizing repeated administration and the release of active substances can occur periodically so as to prolong the duration of the drug (active substance). ACENT is made by ionic gelation method with chitosan as a polymer and basic material because it has unique characteristic that is not possessed with other polymers. The benefit is It has ability to open hooks between cells. The process of making ACENT in order to be a superior product and can be used by all levels of society, it requires several stages, are optimization of formula, reliability optimum formula, registration of patents and reviewing the introduction and marketing of products so that ACENT can be known to all levels of society widely. Expected the results of this study were also developed by the education institute, the pharmaceutical industry with the help of research institutions and governments for all levels of society in order to achieve the third target of SDGs No. 3 is "Good Health and Well Being" to ensuring a healthy life and encouraging a survival life.
